Front Office Assistant

Our firm is seeking an Office Assistant with a background in data entry and a passion for maintaining accurate, clean files. The Office Assistant will be responsible for helping our team manage the office, coordinate office appointments and serve as the primary point of contact for company mail.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and file paperwork.
- Provide administrative support to others.
- Be polite and courteous to callers.
- Answer the phone politely.
- Maintain a positive demeanor at all times.
- Know office policies and procedures.
- Communicate with coworkers.
- Bookkeeping functions - A/P - A/R - Payroll
- Invoicing - Inventory Control
- Customer portals
- Co-oridinate advertising campaigns
- Co-oridinate employee safety training
**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year
