Office Assistant

Located in Bolton, ON, an Electrical Contractor operating for more than 20 years, looking for an Office Assistant/Service Co-ordinator with excellent organizational skills to join our team
**Responsibilities**:
- Ordering materials, supplies and maintaining inventory
- Scheduling: jobs, purchase orders, deliveries
- Follow up with customers and suppliers; maintaining call logs
- Assisting and coordinating various projects
- Pulling permits for Electrical Safety Authority and Utilities
- Creating and updating reports as required
- Scanning, filing and archiving
- Office & shop clean-up and organization
- Assist in day-to-day duties as required by a small office.
Requirements/Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Multi-tasker and eagerness to work on a wide range of tasks and projects
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Valid Drivers License with clean driver’s abstract
Benefits after 6 months.
Hours of work: Mon-Fri - 8am-4:30pm
