**Opportunity Description**

Lytica is looking for a DevOps Technical Lead who loves the challenge of the fast-paced start-up world and is passionate about software delivery with strengths in continuous delivery, Azure architecture, and deployment automation and has desire to be in on the ground floor building out an Automation Platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate requirements, design, and work on implementation of the cloud infrastructure that powers Lytica’s SaaS offering.
- Lead and inspire other members of the DevOps team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
- Implement cloud infrastructure management best practices including Infrastructure-as-code, infrastructure provisioning pipelines, RBAC, cost controls and security operations.
- Work closely with the Application and Data Engineering team to understand their infrastructure and deployment requirements and design, implement and maintain required CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement and support all security system within the environment (firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, end-point threat detection, etc.)
- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- Be a strong advocate for adherence to standards and best practices.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies.

**Qualifications**
- Practical experience managing Azure infrastructure including IaaS and PaaS services.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, ARM or Bicep
- Experience with Azure logging and monitoring solutions.
- Experience in configuring infrastructure for high availability (clustering, load balancing), troubleshooting issues.
- Experience in cloud as well as on-prem installations.
- Experience with Windows and Linux.
- Experience with designing and implementing Azure policies.

**Education and Experience**
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft and Linux admin and working in Azure Cloud
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, Information Technology or related technical field or an equivalent combination of work experience and certifications.
- Certifications in Azure cloud operations or architecture (beyond Foundation certifications) are a bonus.
