As a Scrum Master you will play important role leading multiple development teams to deliver high-quality embedded software. Some responsibilities are:

- Lead SCRUM teams through the entire Agile process including Sprint planning, Stand ups, Backlog grooming, story creation, story point assignment, demos, post-mortems, etc.
- The SCRUM Master will coordinate the activities of a cross functional the team which includes software developers, test engineering, tooling, DevOps and Product Owners;
- Where appropriate, the SCRUM master will engage in technical relationships with vendors for to coordinate collaboration, bug tracking, deliveries.
- Contribute to SCRUM of SCRUMs as a key member to help provide status updates and define dependencies.

**What you'll do**:

- Showcase and enhance your team coach competencies to build a performing team and train the team in Scrum, Built-in-Quality, Kanban, SAFe and ensure that the agreed Agile processes/practices are followed.
- Facilitate the team's agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring their effectiveness and value.
- Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-defined, organized, and achievable.
- Assist in facilitating PI planning meetings, summarize team PI objectives into program PI objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency.
- Assist in facilitating ART events and processes - help manage risks and drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops.
- Assist the team in breaking down complex requirements into smaller, actionable tasks, fostering a clear understanding of the work involved.
- Utilize data analysis and metrics to identify bottlenecks, forecast delivery timelines, and optimize the team's efficiency and productivity.
- Assists the team to smoothly navigate forming, storming and norming team formation stages by addressing team dynamics, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
- Assess the Agile Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
- Foster a quality-focused mindset within the team, promoting adherence to software development best practices, testing, and continuous integration.
- Encourage and facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters.
- Remove any impediments or blockers that hinder the team's progress, proactively finding solutions and promoting a positive and productive working environment.
- Facilitate the team's agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring their effectiveness and value.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and growth, both at the individual and team level, by encouraging experimentation, learning, and embracing a growth mindset
- Deliver status to the program and other teams.
- Identify risks and work with other teams to develop mitigation solutions and strategies.

**What you'll need to get the job done**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of as a SCRUM master for software development with embedded software projects strongly desired.
- Extensive understanding of Agile for software development
- Extensive understanding of Software Lifecycle Development models
- Solid understanding of software development, prior development experience is strongly desired.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive process improvements and predict delivery outcomes.
- Ability to summarize complex problems, solutions and recommendations;
- Ability to thoroughly document technical requirements in specifications
- Strong communication skills including presentation of technical material to groups.
- Enthusiasm for leading highly productive software development teams.
