**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of AP/AR experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrate good organizational skills
- Must have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- QuickBooks experience is an asset

**Responsibilities**
- Enter and Post bank receipts (Visa, MC, AMEX, EFTs, E-transfer)
- Cheque deposit
- TD cheque scanner/process bank receipts
- Create weekly AR Aging Reports and review with Accounting Manager
- Contact outstanding customers and communicate with Sales Reps
- Enter AP Invoices (Operating Costs)
- Weekly EFT & Cheque Run
- CRA Source Deduction payments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
