From planning, communicating, directing and coordinating marketing efforts to implementing and monitoring marketing strategy and designing advertising campaigns, this position will play a major role in the continued success of the business.Who We are Looking For:A self-driven highly motivated leader capable of working effectively in a team environment with minimum supervision.You must take personal accountability for results, with a strong desire to succeed.You must be diligent, honest, hardworking, have a positive attitude and enjoy taking on new challenges.Achieve the KPIs in place for the marketing department to gauge the success of the role.You are passionate about client services and able to build trusting relationships within a positive, goal-oriented environment.The ideal candidate must be a motivated individual with exceptional leadership, management, operational, customer service, relationship building, teamwork and management skills.Individual with a proven success of working in a fast-paced office environment.Exceptional time management skills while dealing with multiple tasks and responsibilities.Effective communicator at all levels including management.Problem solver and self-motivated individual with a rapid ability to adapt to changes.Quick learner with prompt ability to learn new systems and initiatives.Key Role and Responsibilities:Oversee all marketing aspects, develop and implement marketing strategy including advertising campaigns to boost revenue for the organization.In charge of all social media platforms strategies, content and advertising (Facebook (Meta), YouTube, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).Develop, implement and manage social media strategy and measure the success of every social media campaign.Use latest social media marketing tools and stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.Combine marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.Work with social media team members to create innovative social media campaigns.Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.Collect customer data and analyze interactions and visits, plus use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.Report progress to marketing director.Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google and Instagram.Requirements:Post-secondary education preferably in marketing and business administration, or a related field.2-5 years of work experience in a marketing role.Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.Customer focused with excellent relationship building skills.Superior leadership skills and the ability to manage change effectively.Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.Effective people skills and able to work with different stakeholders including staff and clients.Ability to build and work within a team environment.To Apply:Please e-mail cover letter and resume to manager@al-ayn.ca; include “Marketing Specialist” in the subject line, and address to Syed Gulzar Naqvi.
