**What You’ll Do**

As a Marketing Specialist, you will drive lead generation, digital marketing, customer engagement, and content creation to strengthen the dealership’s visibility, brand, and sales. Duties include:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support business growth through targeted marketing programs.
- Manage daily social media channels with strategic contents and engagements.
- Manage inventory systems and update listings across all platforms.
- Create SEO-optimized listings with quality photos, videos, and descriptions.
- Track and report key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to improve customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years' experience in marketing (automotive industry an asset)
- Proficient in using CRM Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and related tools
- Familiarity with Auto Trader, CarGurus, and similar platforms is a plus
- Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
- Self-driven with excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license; able to work on-site and in the field
