**DESCRIPTION**: Technical Marketing Specialist - Richmond, BC _(Full Time)_

As a Technical Marketing Specialist for CARO Analytical Services, your main responsibilities will include:

- Creating branded collateral (mailers, website copy, blog posts, case studies, videos etc.) to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible way, and highlight the unique value proposition of CARO’s services,
- Collaborating with technical teams, internal and external, to ensure a deep understanding of our services,
- Generating leads through marketing channels and supporting the sales pipeline,
- Using SEO strategies to improve visibility in search engine results,
- Overseeing the performance of CARO’s websites and keeping online content up to date and on brand,
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of campaigns, and using insights to inform future action,
- Working closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, including campaign development, conference planning and attendance, proposal preparation, and hosted brand events,
- Contributing marketing intelligence and creative ideas as part of an adaptive sales strategy,
- Staying up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies used in digital marketing.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary education in a related discipline, preferably in Marketing/Communications. Experience with Science, Biology or Chemistry will be a strong asset.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing/communications role.
- Communication Skills: The ability to convey complex technical information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Innovative & Creative: generating original solutions and content that help CARO stand out.
- Adaptable & Energetic: Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
