Our squad of Client Account Specialists are experts in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage in the entire sales process, including acquisition, account management, and service upgrades.
- Optimize lead efficiency through regular follow-ups with potential clients.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by building strong relationships, attracting new business, and generating profits.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address all inquiries and concerns, both over the phone and in person.
- Handle sensitive information with care and report all interactions in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor sales metrics, share results with senior management, and set sales goals accordingly.

**Requirements of the Client Account Specialist**:

- 0-3 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or customer service roles.
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Communications, Marketing, Business, or other related fields of study is preferred.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills are a must.
- Ability to handle objections and utilize negotiation tactics to close deals.
- Must have a competitive nature and a drive to excel.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and individually with little or no supervision.
- This is a Full-Time and in-person position, and the daily commute to our North York Office is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00-$5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
