**Job Overview**

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in lead generation, digital marketing, customer engagement, and content creation. Your work will directly support the dealership's visibility, brand reputation, and sales conversions through effective marketing initiatives and relationship-building efforts. Duties include:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and expand buy-in and rental programs through targeted marketing and relationship-building
- Maintain and update internal website content to ensure accuracy and engagement
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive growth and boost brand visibility
- Manage social media presence with strategic content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized listings with photos, videos, and descriptions
- Monitor and analyze key metrics (e.g., engagement, conversions, ROI); report regularly to management
- Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and support business goals
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to improve lead conversion and customer experience

**Qualifications**
- 1-5 years' experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation (automotive industry an asset)
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and related tools
- Familiarity with Auto Trader, CarGurus, and similar platforms is a plus
- Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
- Self-driven with excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license; able to work on-site and in the field
