Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and print advertising. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in content marketing, and analytics to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage campaigns, optimize performance marketing efforts, and support product management initiatives.

Duties

  • Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns that include digital marketing, social media marketing, and print advertising.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and product descriptions.
  • Oversee advertising sales initiatives and coordinate with external vendors for Facebook Advertising and other paid media campaigns.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows and enhance customer engagement through targeted messaging.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on B2B marketing initiatives to generate leads and support sales growth.
  • Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Support product management teams in developing go-to-market strategies for new offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including content marketing, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual assets.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, including platform-specific strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, automation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with website management platforms such as WordPress and basic coding skills in HTML are preferred.
  • Excellent research skills combined with strong written communication abilities (copywriting) for content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
