Job Type: Full Time
The Academic Office at Ulpanat Orot of Bnei Akiva Schools is seeking an Administrative Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Data entry into the school’s student information system including but not limited to course enrollment and student registration
- Support OUAC maintenance
- Support ONSIS data uploads
- Maintain OSR’s including completion of PLAR, substitution of compulsory credits and waived prerequisites
- Aid in issuing graduation documents such as transcripts and OSSD’s
- Maintaining teacher absence records and substitutions
- Assist in school timetable coordination
- General administrative/ office duties
- Previous experience within an Ontario high school setting
- Strong data entry skills, proficient in Google Drive
- Experience with SIS, preferably Edsembli
- Experience with OUAC and ONSIS uploads is favoured
- Knowledge of timetable software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Capacity to handle a variety of tasks
- Ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to work within a team setting
