Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year

Our client has been serving leading industrial, institutional, and commercial facilities across Southwestern Ontario for over 40 years. They are currently seeking a full time employee for a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher role at their Brantford facility.

Summary of Position: The Service Coordinator has various responsibilities including coordinating and dispatching techs to service calls.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:
  • Responding to customer service requests for trades.
  • Dispatching departmental trades and coordinating with other service trades supervisors to dispatch other trades.
  • Manpower scheduling for department.
  • Customer Service.
  • Gathers, verifies and signs off weekly time cards for the department.
  • Provides supporting documentation to billing department in a timely manner.
  • Creates work orders and quotes for the department.
  • Duties as assigned by the President.
Skills, Education and Qualifications:
  • Must have several years of experience with the HVAC industry.
  • Professional and friendly communication skills with both internal and external parties.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Construction software.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Good understanding of accounts payable.
  • Expectations of timely completion of tasks for external and internal clients.
  • Good knowledge of the Brantford and surrounding area.
  • Respond to cell phone calls after hours
  • Maintain confidentiality for information related to customers and financial information.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and ability to travel through the day as required.
