**Responsibilities**:To receive and review referral information, determine eligibility for services and process referrals.

**Qualifications**: Preferred: College Diploma in Human Services with knowledge of Child Development

Minimum: Post-secondary education in Human Services

**Experience**:Preferred: One year completing Intake at a health and/or social service program/agency with experience in a Child Development Services setting

Minimum: Experience as Intake Coordinator for a health and/or social services program/agency.

**Other**:Valid driver’s license and personal transportation
Proof of immunizations, including full COVID-19 vaccination

**Start Date**:Immediately

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $42,763.00-$50,308.00 per year
