Brantford, Canada Pioneer Family Pools Full time

You will be provided with extensive training regarding procedures and equipment knowledge. Prior experience in the pool industry is not required, but is an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing a positive experience for each customer
- Schedule pool and hot tub service calls as required
- Answer client questions accurately and efficiently
- Troubleshoot client concerns regarding their equipment
- Recommend equipment and services based on customer needs
- Sell and provide knowledge on a wide variety of products (including liners, safety covers, and lock in covers)
- Understand the cash register and process payments
- Provide courteous and friendly service to all customers, escorting those who require further assistance to the appropriate sales associate or manager
- Assisting customers on retail floor and other departments in off season (water lab, cash, parts)
- Perform miscellaneous tasks around the store and maintain a clean and organized working space
- Help price, stock and face merchandise on the sales floor and retail shelves
- All other duties and responsibilities assigned

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in Customer Service is considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible to unanticipated issues
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers
- Must be available to work weekends

Full-time hours: 5 days per week
