Ce que VOUS ferez :

  • Piloter le développement de matériel et de logiciels pour les dispositifs médicaux et les outils associés.
  • Diriger les activités d'architecture et de conception de logiciels, en prenant des décisions techniques critiques.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d'installation et de formation, de vente et de marketing, de gestion de programme, d'ingénierie, de réglementation et de qualité.
  • Gérer une équipe interne et superviser les activités de développement de logiciels.
  • Assurer la conformité aux normes ISO13485, ISO14971 et IEC62304.
  • Effectuer des analyses de risques, gérer les contrôles des modifications logicielles et diriger les activités de vérification et de validation des logiciels.
  • Soutenir les activités de conception mécanique et électrique et intégrer les systèmes matériels aux logiciels.
  • Superviser les processus de contrôle des modifications des produits pour garantir que les produits répondent à toutes les exigences spécifiées.

Ce que VOUS apporterez :

  • Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou équivalent.
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans le développement de dispositifs médicaux, intégrant matériel et logiciel.
  • Expérience avérée en gestion d’équipe.
  • Connaissance des normes ISO13485, ISO14971 et IEC62304.
  • Forte capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et à respecter les échéanciers.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais.

Jubilant Radiopharmaceuticals is looking for a Manager, Medical Devices to lead our cutting-edge projects and ensure the highest standards in medical device software development.

What YOU will do:

  • Drive hardware and software development for medical devices and related tools.
  • Lead software architecture and design activities, making critical technical decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Installation & Training, Sales & Marketing, Program Management, Engineering, Regulatory, and Quality teams.
  • Manage an internal team and oversee activities for software development.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO13485, ISO14971, and IEC62304 standards.
  • Perform risk analysis, manage software change controls, and lead software verification and validation activities.
  • Support mechanical and electrical design activities and integrate hardware systems with software.
  • Oversee product change control processes to ensure products meet all specified requirements.

What YOU will bring::

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in medical device development, integrating hardware and software.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Knowledge of ISO13485, ISO14971, and IEC62304 standards.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and maintain timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
