Bilingual Operations Clerk - French and English

The Operations Clerk assists designated department management and staff in performing assigned tasks under direct or general supervision as directed by the Field Support Manager. 

  • Assist in managing operational and administrative functions
  • Assist and facilitate staff as necessary
  • Assist with business development matters
  • Provides support for Manager and other areas, as indicated
  • May assist in completing various departmental projects/reports



Qualifications

  • High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability; specifically, the ability to work as self-starter - especially as it relates to calling on resources outside the firm
  • Resourcefulness in finding information and answers from within and outside the company without prompting or micromanagement
  • Respect for details; ability to execute accurately at a high level without excess supervision
  • Ability to prioritize/execute to achieve desired company and project goals with prudence and sense of urgency.
  • Articulate communication skills – verbal, pictorial and numerical
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, communication, and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Excellent skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
  • Desire to invest your passion and commitment to a vision you feel you can embrace and contribute to the growth of the company and its success

Commis aux opérations bilingue - français et anglais

Le commis aux opérations aide la direction et le personnel du service désigné à accomplir les tâches assignées sous la supervision directe ou générale du gestionnaire de soutien sur le terrain. 

Tâches et responsabilités :

  • Aider à la gestion des fonctions opérationnelles et administratives
  • Assister le personnel et faciliter le travail, si nécessaire
  • Aider aux activités de développement des affaires
  • Fournir un soutien au directeur et à d’autres secteurs, selon les besoins
  • Possibilité d’aider à la réalisation de divers projets et rapports du service 

Qualifications

  • Niveau élevé de compétences organisationnelles et capacité à résoudre les problèmes; en particulier, capacité à travailler de façon autonome, notamment en ce qui concerne le recours à des ressources extérieures à l’entreprise.
  • Débrouillardise pour trouver des informations et des réponses à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de l’entreprise, sans incitation ni microgestion.
  • Respect des détails; capacité à effectuer des tâches de façon précise à un niveau élevé, sans supervision excessive.
  • Capacité à établir des priorités et à effectuer les tâches de façon à atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise et du projet avec prudence et sens de l’urgence.
  • Aptitudes à la communication articulée – verbale, imagée et numérique.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière d’étiquette téléphonique, de communication et d’organisation, ainsi qu’en communication écrite et verbale.
  • Désir d’apprendre et de s’épanouir professionnellement.
  • Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Project.
