Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Finance Operations the Supervisor, Banking Administration is responsible for providing banking administration services to QuadReal’s Domestic and International Real Estate Portfolio, Development, Mortgages, Corporate and Investment Funds. The Supervisor, Banking Administration plays an integral part of the Banking Administration team by supporting the team in the performance of its responsibilities. This position is based in Vancouver.
As a Supervisor, Banking Administration You Will:
- Train, support and provide guidance to new Banking Administrators in day-to-day activities and assigned projects
- Conduct annual and periodic performance reviews of direct reports
- Set scorecard objectives for direct reports and monitor performance throughout the year
- Support development and career growth initiatives of direct reports
- Preparation and maintenance of all procedural documentation relating to banking administration
- Account opening/closing and signatory update requests
- Online banking administration for various banking platforms
- Communicate and coordinate with internal/external teams while tracking the status of pending requests
- Assist in shared inbox management
- Update and maintain the Master Bank Listing
- Prepare bank recs for specialty programs: gift cards, marketing
Your Background:
- Minimum 6 months post-secondary education
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems such as YARDI Voyager is considered an asset
- Relationship Skills: ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with internal departments; team player
- Organizational/Multi-Tasking: ability to allocate time effectively, work under pressure to meet deadlines; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities; ability to prioritize workload; ability to work at a detailed level and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment that includes new ideas and change
- Decision Making Skills: ability to identify, analyze and solve problems; ability to take decisive action within authorized limits

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
