Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate patient care and maintain a smooth workflow.
Requirement:
- Proficiency in using Tracker software, and computer skills
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- High school diploma and Dental receptionist certificate.
- Previous experience in a dental office is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
