Senior Research Associate I, Protein Engineering

li>Perform analytical and biophysical characterization of antibodies and other protein therapeutics for quality control, stability, and developability studies.Analyze and review data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for future investigations.Participate in cross-departmental collaborative activities and present data at departmental and project team meetings.Seek to understand ongoing projects through attention to scientific literature, industry publications, and internally generated data and employ this understanding to improve contribution to project goals.Maintain a clean, organized, and operational lab.Conduct all activities in accordance with scientific standards, OH&S regulations, and established policies and practices.Adhere to Zymeworks’ standard procedures for generating, documenting, and archiving data, maintaining an accurate, up-to-date electronic laboratory notebook.Requires a MSc in a relevant scientific discipline with 3-5 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Good communication skills, including scientific/technical writing and oral skills.
