Product Presentations: Present their innovative products to doctors, practitioners, and administrative staff. Sales Management: Persuade clients to adopt the company’s solutions, oversee onboarding, and provide excellent after-sales support. Industry Networking: Represent the company at medical conferences and other industry events to build their presence. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system. Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest clinical data and research to effectively engage with healthcare professionals. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant scientific field, with experience in sales. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with hospitals and clinics. Technical Skills:- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to drive sales and negotiate effectively.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build and nurture relationships.
- Organization: Excellent at planning, managing tasks, and paying attention to detail.
- Clinical Data: Skilled in interpreting and presenting complex clinical information.
- Adaptability: Flexible and capable of adjusting to evolving products and healthcare systems.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English and French, with strong communication abilities in both languages.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license is required.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent at diagnosing issues and developing practical solutions.
- Project Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
