Director of Sales - Radio and Digital Media

Part Time / Full Time

Our client is a fast-growing radio, digital media, and technology company that provides brands with the ability to connect with their consumers at the right moment.

Their business is going through aggressive growth, and they are looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Sales to help them continue to capitalize on the increased revenue opportunities in this market

The Position:

  • Manage a team of 7 sales reps + continue to scale the team (an additional 3-5 in the next 12-18 months)
  • Contribute to current go-to-market strategy to ensure the team is maximizing efforts
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategy to effectively capture the TAM (total addressable market) across Canada
  • Provide guidance to direct reports around best sales practices and solidifying process
  • Provide recommendations on internal systems and processes to create efficiencies

About You:

  • Located in Greater Toronto Area (in office minimum 3 times per week - mid-town location)
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • 12+ years experience selling direct to brand, and have an established network in this space
  • Radio and/or digital media advertising sales experience
  • Experience leading a team and developing/implementing effective sales processes
