Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing

Founded in 2010, Genuine Comfort is a leading distributor of Air Conditioners (AC) and Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners (PTAC) across Canada & Mid-North USA. We are dedicated to “Delivering Comfort Consistently” to hospitality, commercial, and multi-family markets. Our impact is felt in hundreds of thousands of apartments and hotel rooms, with a visionary goal to surpass 60,000 units sold annually by 2030.
Reporting to the COO, we are hiring a Director, Sales and Marketing to support our accelerated growth. You will spearhead the activities of the Revenue Department, creating and executing the strategic plans for marketing and sales. p>This is a 4-day on-site role with the option of working remotely on Fridays. Occasional travel to conferences is required.Build a strong sales team by recruiting, leading, and developing a high-performing sales team.Own the demand plan and prepare dashboard reports, budgets, and annual sales projections.The sales drive with expertise in B2B sales and strategic planning.A virtual interview with a Talent Advisor followed by an in-person interview with the COO and CEO.-
