Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Director, Sales and Marketing to support our accelerated growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will spearhead the activities of the Revenue Department, creating and executing strategic plans for marketing and sales. Your primary objective will be to achieve the business's revenue and gross margin targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a high-performing sales team by recruiting, leading, and developing sales professionals.
  • Develop and execute a revenue strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Grow our presence by prospecting and closing new enterprise and mid-sized clients.
  • Own the demand plan and prepare dashboard reports, budgets, and annual sales projections.

Requirements

  • Proven sales drive with expertise in B2B sales and strategic planning.
  • Leadership skills to foster a competitive, goal-oriented environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and trust at any level.
