Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic sales leader to spearhead the activities of our Revenue Department. As a Director of Sales, you will create and execute strategic plans for marketing and sales, driving results and building a strong sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Set KPIs and sales targets, supporting your team in meeting quotas
- Own the demand plan and prepare dashboard reports, scorecards, budgets, and projections
You are a seasoned sales leader with experience working in sales for a distribution company. Your expertise in B2B sales and strategic planning will enable you to seamlessly step into a director-level role.
What We OfferThis is a 4-day on-site role with the option of working remotely on Fridays. Occasional travel to conferences is required. A virtual interview with a Talent Advisor will be followed by an in-person interview with the COO and CEO.
