Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to spearhead the activities of the Revenue Department, creating and executing strategic plans for marketing and sales. As a key member of our team, you will grow and foster a process-driven, committed, and accountable sales team, providing coaching and support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting KPIs and sales targets
  • Identify gaps in knowledge and approach, creating ongoing sales training to meet these needs
  • Design and implement a proven sales process, ensuring alignment with the short and long-term goals of the organization
  • Develop deep insights and industry knowledge to identify new market and product opportunities
  • Co-create and approve marketing strategy and messaging
  • Prepare and present dashboard reports, scorecards, budgets, projections, and annual sales

  • Proven success leading and growing B2B sales teams
  • Expertise in strategic planning and execution for measurable revenue growth
