Senior Analyst, Sales Enablement Instructor

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Enablement Instructor to develop and implement training programs that empower sales and support teams within their designated region. This role requires an experienced sales enablement or training professional with a strong background in developing impactful learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will own and manage all regional enablement programs, including onboarding new hires, delivering continuous training, and enhancing sales skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales skills and knowledge gaps, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop targeted training programs that enhance efficiency and expertise.
- Design and implement structured sales training modules covering sales techniques, objection handling, closing strategies, and customer relationship management.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging training content on products, tools, and services available to sales teams.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires using a global framework and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Track training effectiveness by analyzing sales metrics, conducting post-training assessments, and refining programs as needed.
- Align training initiatives with the company's overall sales strategies and processes.
- Oversee sales enablement platforms, knowledge hubs, and repositories, ensuring easy access to key resources.
- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to drive sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership and global enablement teams to identify ongoing training needs and provide continuous support.
- Assist in the creation and evaluation of global eLearning courses, assessments, and certifications.
- Develop and maintain a regional training calendar to ensure seamless execution of learning initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of training experience in a sales environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Digital Advertising, Marketing, or related industries.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver sales process and methodology training from concept to execution.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills with an engaging presence.
- Ability to deliver training effectively in a virtual sales environment.
- Excellent presentation skills, with a track record of influencing and engaging sales professionals.
- Proficiency in designing clear, concise, and engaging training materials.
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with leaders and subject matter experts.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Kahoot, Mentimeter, Docebo, and Asana.
- Bachelor's degree required; certifications in adult learning, instructional design, public speaking, or sales training are a plus.
