p>The Company is seeking a Vice President for Treasury Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of payment processing specialists who handle a variety of high-volume, time-sensitive treasury transactions. The role involves ensuring the quality and timeliness of payment services, providing subject matter expertise on complex payment issues, and managing disputes and exceptions. The Vice President will also be tasked with preparing cash flow forecasts, maintaining operational readiness, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Applicants for the Vice President, Treasury Operations role at the company should have an undergraduate degree in finance or commerce, with a minimum of 10 years' of banking experience, particularly in treasury operations, DDA, and trade finance. The role requires a deep understanding of payment processing activities, including high-volume and digital payment processing, as well as knowledge of treasury products and activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of regulatory and compliance requirements for domestic and international payments, and experience with fraud mitigation and risk management in this context.
