Job Title: Vice President, Finance

TD Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Finance to join our Canadian Personal Bank team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of finance professionals in providing strategic financial guidance and support to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of finance professionals in providing financial analysis, planning, and reporting
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize financial initiatives
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • CA/CMA/CGA/MBA/CFA designation
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
