We offer a competitive salary plus commission pay structure, with exceptional earning potential to recognize and reward strong performance.Primary responsibilities include prospecting for new customers while building solid relationships with existing customers to retain and grow revenue within an assigned book of business. The successful candidate has exceptional communication skill to effectively assess customer needs and present appropriate solutions required to generate revenue growth and positive retention trends.As a trusted advisor, our Business Development Representatives research the competitive environment and use product knowledge to generate creative and unique solutions to meet customer needs and business objectives, while assisting customers in navigating the ever-changing world of logistics.Responsibilities :Prospecting for new clients to expand market share in the small business segmentRespond to and resolve customer inquiries timely and effectivelyDevelops strong relationships with existing customers to support growth and ensure a positive customer experience with every interactionCreates and positions compelling value proposals to potential and existing customersParticipate in weekly team meetings and all training sessionsQualifications :Prior business development experience, specifically in the B2B segmentDemonstrated revenue growth using various prospecting techniquesConfident with strong communication and presentation skillsExperience using Salesforce and MS Office, preferredBachelor's Degree or International equivalent, preferredOther :Comprehensive training providedTeam support environment with assigned coach and mentorA strong culture of promotion from within will support future personal and professional developmentCandidate has to be willing and able to commute to 4156 Mainway, Burlington, when requiredCompensation : $55,000+ ($39K base salary paid hourly plus $16,000 in target commission; 4x commission earnings potential - Subject to change depending of performance ratio)UPS Canada is a diverse and equal opportunity employer.
