Quality & Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute internal audits at the various EBC sites and offices;
  • Support projects in the writing and implementation of quality plans and inspection & testing plans;
  • Visit construction sites, carry out inspections and produce various reports;
  • Support and raise awareness among EBC staff regarding the implementation of the quality management system;
  • Provide feedback to the various stakeholders using an adapted customer approach;
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects (if necessary);
  • Support projects in the writing and implementation of quality plans and inspection & testing plans;
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience on construction sites in Quebec and in quality (either as a quality auditor or site supervisor);
  • Knowledge of quality management (ISO 9001, inspection, audit) (an asset);
  • Studies in civil engineering, architecture, construction (BAC or technical) (an asset);
  • Experience in inspection & inspection planning (an asset);
  • Able to travel within the province of Ontario;
  • Office Suite (advanced level);
  • Bilingual (an asset);
