Quality & Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Responsibilities- Plan and execute internal audits at the various EBC sites and offices;
- Support projects in the writing and implementation of quality plans and inspection & testing plans;
- Visit construction sites, carry out inspections and produce various reports;
- Support and raise awareness among EBC staff regarding the implementation of the quality management system;
- Provide feedback to the various stakeholders using an adapted customer approach;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (if necessary);
- Support projects in the writing and implementation of quality plans and inspection & testing plans;
- 5 years of experience on construction sites in Quebec and in quality (either as a quality auditor or site supervisor);
- Knowledge of quality management (ISO 9001, inspection, audit) (an asset);
- Studies in civil engineering, architecture, construction (BAC or technical) (an asset);
- Experience in inspection & inspection planning (an asset);
- Able to travel within the province of Ontario;
- Office Suite (advanced level);
- Bilingual (an asset);
- Attitude focused on customer service;

- Ease of communicating and open-mindedness;
- Autonomy, teamwork and priority management;
- Anaytical and synthetical mind;
- Thoroughness and organization.
