Position Summary

The Senior People & Culture Business Partner is a key member of the Global People & Culture team, reporting to the Global Head of People & Culture. In this role, you will partner with a business group of 125 employees, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll also contribute to company-wide initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with your business group to champion people and culture initiatives, including diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and engagement programs.
  • Advise on and drive the adoption of HR programs, including performance management, compensation, promotions, and workforce planning.
  • Manage the performance evaluation process as a core tool to promote a high-performing workplace. Provide performance and development coaching to people leaders, working closely with the People Programs team on manager enablement and delivery.
  • Manage all people-related matters within acquisition and disposition projects within your business group, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Participate in major HR projects and strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the employee experience (e.g., Employee Value Proposition) and ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with business priorities.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives as a member of the global People & Culture team, requiring the ability to think beyond the aligned client group for broader impact and understanding.
  • Handle highly confidential employee and legal information regularly.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Working familiarity with various HRIS platforms, especially Workday is advantageous.
  • Specific experience in global real estate, asset management, private equity industries or multi-national financial institutions is a strong asset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills with a proven ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels within the organization to achieve business results.
  • Demonstrated capacity to think strategically with strong business acumen and deliver tactical solutions.
