En tant que coordonnateur(-trice) Personnes et culture (RH), vous devrez:

  • Gérer toutes les tâches administratives liées au cycle de vie complet du personnel, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, l’intégration, l’accueil de nouveau personnel, les lettres d’offre d’emploi, les lettres de changement, les promotions, les démissions, etc. li>
  • Offrir des services complets de recrutement, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, l’analyse des besoins en amont, l’affichage de postes, l’embauche, la participation aux salons de l’emploi, la présélection et les entrevues.
  • Maintenir avec précision toutes les données des membres du personnel en utilisant le SIRH actuel (UltiPro).
    • Vous détenez un diplôme collégial ou universitaire en gestion des ressources humaines.
    • Vous êtes bilingue (français et anglais).
