Amazon & E-commerce Specialist

Your Role in the Company In this role, you will take ownership of our 1P and 3P Amazon business across North America and the UK. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our Amazon presence, from product detail page optimization through to P&L ownership. This includes overseeing SKU launches, optimizing listings with compelling copy, images, and video, running and refining advertising campaigns, forecasting supply chain and inventory needs, and building strategies that maximize both sales and profitability. Success in this role requires balancing creative content development with data‑driven decision‑making, and you will be expected to bring an entrepreneurial, analytical, and creative mindset to everything you do. You will treat our Amazon storefront like your own business, constantly testing, learning, and scaling what works in order to drive growth. Product Listings & Content Own and optimize all PDPs across the full assortment—launching new SKUs, refreshing existing listings, and ensuring top‑tier images, infographics, and A+ content. Create and edit Amazon‑ready content including images, infographics, and videos (Canva background required). Write or optimize SEO‑driven copy for titles, bullets, and product descriptions. Manage Amazon P&L across 1P and 3P, setting and delivering on sales targets. Monitor profitability, track chargebacks/deductions, and identify margin improvement opportunities. Partner with leadership to identify high‑potential SKUs and build launch plans. Advertising & Marketing Own Amazon PPC campaigns—plan, execute, and optimize budgets for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. Report on campaign performance, adjusting strategy to maximize ROAS. Explore and execute new marketplace opportunities (e.g. TikTok Shop and Walmart.com) to expand sales channels. Supply Chain & Operations Forecast inventory needs, ensuring FBA stock levels are optimized to avoid OOS or overstocking. Own Amazon shipment planning and collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams on replenishment planning. Support operational excellence—staying on top of compliance, packaging, and Amazon policies. Partnerships & Relationships Manage the “Front Row” and “Sol Retail” relationship with Amazon, leveraging insights and programs to drive growth. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams to execute promotions, deals, and launches. Our Ideal Candidate 2–4 years of Amazon marketplace experience (1P, 3P, or agency side). Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central. Proven success in PPC campaign management (Amazon Ads). Comfortable owning and delivering against sales and profit targets. Skilled in Canva (or similar tools) for creating and editing visuals. Strong writing skills; experience with SEO‑driven copy preferred. Experience with Amazon Seller tools such as SellerBoard and Jungle Scout. Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make actionable recommendations. Video editing skills a plus (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar). Experience with other marketplaces (Walmart.com, TikTok Shop) an asset.
