E-Commerce Data Specialist

AB Catalytic is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Data Specialist to join our leadership team and help drive growth through online sales. This is a critical role within our organization. You will be responsible for managing our data allowing our online customers to maximize their online sales on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and our direct website. If you are passionate for E-Commerce, have a proven track record in driving online sales, and at least 3 years of relevant experience, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the back end of our cataloging website, including images, and vehicle fitment data.
- Manage and optimize online sales channels, including Amazon, eBay, our direct website, and other such platforms, to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Develop and execute E-Commerce strategies and initiatives, leveraging market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Manage our product database, including cross referencing our sku’s vs our competitors to ensuring competitive pricing.
- Acquire product knowledge to assist with customer enquiries and assist with Onboarding customers to our catalogue based website.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, key metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
- Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content, attractive product images, and optimized keywords to enhance search visibility and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and E-Commerce trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in an online sales environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Seller Central, eBay, website management systems and other such platforms.
- Proficient in data analysis and utilizing analytics tools with a strong understanding of MS Office predominately Excel, to derive actionable insights for business growth.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and build relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
