**Full Job Description**

**B**&J is an E-Commerce marketing & fulfillment company. Set up in Toronto in 2013 and expanded our new warehouse of 50,000 sf in Mississauga this year, now the company is looking for experienced E-Commerce specialist/associates to join our team in Mississauga, ON, for our auto parts product line operating online in Canada and the USA.

With a focus on driving sales growth, profitability, and enhancing brand visibility, we are seeking a specialist will take ownership of the PPC budget, forecasting, and monitoring profit and loss, while staying updated on industry trends in paid advertising to ensure optimal campaign performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end campaign management, including keyword research, setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive Amazon sales growth, profitability, and brand visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement innovative approaches to refine and optimize strategies for incremental enhancements.
- Take ownership of the Amazon PPC budget, forecast, and profit and loss.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in paid advertising.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated track record of at least 2 years in scaling Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional customer communication skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platform management and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO, Amazon advertising, and PPC campaigns.

Schedule: 8 hour

Work Location: Mississauga, ON

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
