Amazon & E-commerce Sales Specialist

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. The E-commerce and Amazon sales specialist will be responsible for the daily sales of our e-commerce stores and drive sales of our product catalogue on Amazon.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating and updating product listings & maintaining product catalogue for online marketplaces.
- Work with marketing team to develope content for brands including copy, graphics, banners, and promotions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues while working with amazon vendor support.
- Analysis and updating of keywords searching & SEO.
- Leverage Amazon vendor sales analytics to derive key business insights and improve operations
- Submit cases and investigate issues with Amazon
- Work with regulatory department to asses the compliance of product listings
- Work with brand managers to analyze pricing and meet margin requirements
- Analyze amazon sell-through and inventory data to forecast inventory requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

- Amazon experience and knowledge required
- Prior experience and a strong understanding of other online marketplaces, e.g. Walmart.ca
- Prior experience with Adobe Commerce is an asset
- Knowledgeable about Ecommerce, and best SEO, SEM practices
- Must be detail oriented, organized, ability to multitask, positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Amazon Vendor Central: 2 years (required)
- E-commerce: 2 years (required)
