**B&J** is an E-Commerce marketing & fulfillment company. Set up in Toronto in 2013 and expanded our new warehouse of 50,000 sf in Mississauga this year, now the company is looking for experienced E-Commerce specialist/associates to join our team in Mississauga, ON, for our auto parts product line operating online in Canada and the USA.

We are seeking individuals who are interested in growing with fast-growing e-commerce company. The E-Commerce specialists will work closely with the operation manager, to manage our Amazon store, support customer requests and questions related to their orders.

**Major Responsibilities**
- **Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling product listings, including crafting detailed product descriptions and coordinating the acquisition of digital assets such as pictures and images with team members.
- Manage administration tasks, ensuring accurate data entry for various internal and external reports.
- Monitor and respond to online product reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
- Independently operate and optimize online stores.
- Proficient in store management, SEO optimization, and advertising strategies on platforms like Amazon.
- Experience with managing keywords, PPC campaigns, and other online marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, including product listing creation and customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Proficient in e-commerce platform management and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO, Amazon advertising, and PPC campaigns.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
