Branch Manager Position

My client in the Logistics industry has a Branch Manager position available in the Kimberley area.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Availability of time and flexibility of schedules.
  • Ease of communication and desirable experience with leadership roles involving operational teams.
  • Demonstrate personal and professional behavior compatible with the function.
  • Motivate, train and develop leaders and operational teams.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain safe working conditions for the team.
  • Preserve the relationship with the client and with the clients of its client.
  • Provide operational conditions for the execution of the team's routines and for obtaining results.
  • Ensure market presence (clients of the client), attesting to the conditions and performance of the teams' service/deliveries.
  • Develop and guarantee maintenance suppliers compatible with the needs of the company and its customer.
  • Carry out People & Management routines, according to the People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Safety processes, among others.
  • Ensure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities).
  • Strictly comply with all procedures, standards, and specifications of the company and the client.
  • Correctly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company.
  • Commit to the operational goals defined together with the client, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  • Qualification or Degree in Management.
  • 5 - 10 years in a management role.
  • 5 - 10 years in the Logistics industry.
  • HR Services, Recruitment & Selection experience.
