Kitchen Manager

Sullivan Pub is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant seeking an experienced Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

We are looking for a highly skilled Cook who can prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards. Your attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in maintaining the quality and consistency of our menu offerings.

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, using fresh ingredients and adhering to our recipes and presentation standards.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth service delivery, and contribute to a positive and respectful team environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Cook in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
