We are seeking an experienced Fleet Control Professional to join our team at Express Employment Professionals SA - PTA North. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our transportation fleet, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet control. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities- Fleet Management: Ensure compliance of operational resources (drivers, vehicles and equipment)
- Operational Activities: Manage activities related to fleet management and documents, including preventive and corrective maintenance routines, fuel consumption, cost management, quotes, inventory and maintenance of stock parts and tires
- Workshop Routine: Support in operational activities related to the workshop routine, including mechanical, electrical, tire repair services and achieving operational performance indicators
- Legislation and Safety: Comply with legislation and maintain safe working conditions for freight forwarders/drivers/forklift operators
- Customer Relationship: Manage customer relationships and transport providers compatible with company and client needs
- Qualifications: Qualification or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Fleet Control
- Skills: Analytical mindset, good problem-solving skills, quantitative ability and exceptional interpersonal skills
