Job Overview:
LPI Hospitality Group Corporation is currently looking for a Cleaning Supervisor at the Western Lodge in Kimberley. Lead and oversee a team of cleaning staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are consistently upheld throughout the lodge premises.
Scheduling: Create and manage cleaning schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all areas of the lodge, including guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.

Specific Requirements:
1) Training: Provide training and guidance to new cleaning team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
2) Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleanliness and hygiene standards are met and exceeded. Address any issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed. Inventory
3) Management: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring their proper usage and storage. Place orders for supplies as necessary, considering budget constraints.
4) Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
5) Safety: Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols. Identify and mitigate potential hazards related to cleaning activities.
6) Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to cleaning team members, recognizing achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
7) Reporting: Generate regular reports on cleaning activities, team performance, and any maintenance or repair needs.
8) Problem Solving: Address guest concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally. Seek solutions to enhance guest experience.
Adherence to Regulations: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, lodge policies, and industry standards.

Language: English spoken / written
Education: Vocational school diploma/certificate Diploma in Management preferred
Minimum experience/skills requirements: 5 years cleaning supervisory or management role

Pay: $19.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
