Company Description UPS Capital (UPSC) is the financial services branch of the company, established to meet the financial needs of businesses while accelerating money and goods through their supply chains. By combining financial services with all other UPS capabilities, UPS Capital creates a key link in the UPS global commerce synchronization strategy. Job Description This position introduces customer acquisition and relationship management skills. It prepares the candidate to support customer onboarding and lifecycle management through development of business, supply chain risk, and financial acumen. The role builds outreach and prospect management plans leveraging technology to support the sales pipeline for an assigned geographic territory. It ensures that all customer inquiries and qualified leads are followed up accurately and in a timely manner. The position maintains high call quality scores to achieve individual opportunity identification and revenue targets. Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Location: 1022 Champlain Avenue, Burlington Workdays: Monday to Friday Work hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Compensation range: $19.19 - $21.59 + Sales Incentive Program (SIP) Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospect touch points daily Maintain knowledge of UPSC products and services to develop appropriate and compelling value proposals to potential customers Maintain awareness of competitive environment and competitor’s offerings Identify sales opportunities and qualify leadsSupport growth of new products, tools, and customer groups Act as lead new business development resource in an assigned geographic territory Maintain detailed notes on customer interactions Provide updates and feedback to internal partners Qualifications Must be authorized to work in Canada Experience in the insurance or logistics industry is preferred Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent 3-5 years previous Sales and/or Marketing experience Candidates must either have or be expected to obtain a Level 1 RIBO (Ontario Insurance) license within 90 days from their start date (Internal/ External Candidates) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite What We Offer Training and Development: UPS provides full training for all positions to ensure safety and compliance to policies and regulations Weekly Compensation: Employees are paid on a weekly basis, every Friday Generous Benefits Package: All UPS Canada employees have extended health, dental, and vision benefits.
