Relevant de la directrice des ventes B2B, le ou la gestionnaire de compte (gestion des distributeurs et concessionnaires) se consacre à la gestion et au renforcement de notre vaste réseau de distributeurs et de concessionnaires. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez responsable de l’élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de distribution, de l’atteinte des objectifs mensuels ainsi que des activités du réseau de distribution. Vous mettrez à profit vos fortes compétences en communication à l’interne, de même que votre agilité à orienter et à adapter la stratégie pour assurer l’atteinte des indicateurs clés de performance (ICP). Stimuler les ventes aux utilisateurs finaux en collaboration avec un groupe de concessionnaires à fort potentiel sous votre direction.
Assurer l’atteinte des objectifs de vente mensuels, trimestriels et annuels ainsi que des ICP pour les partenaires de distribution.
Communiquer mensuellement et de manière cohérente l’information sur le réseau de distribution à la direction.
Votre profil idéal:
Diplôme universitaire en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe (un atout).
De 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de comptes de distribution et capacité avérée à atteindre des quotas.
Excellente compréhension des technologies de l’information et des canaux de distribution, ainsi que des stratégies de développement des affaires.
Personne orientée sur les résultats, la qualité et l’innovation.
Bonne compréhension des affaires, de l’évolution des marchés et des tendances et capacité à adapter des stratégies de compte en conséquence.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et de PowerPoint, solides compétences en analyse et prise de décision fondée sur des données.
Bilinguisme, anglais et français.
Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral requise pour communiquer efficacement avec les clients, les fournisseurs, les partenaires commerciaux et les collègues à l’extérieur de la province du Québec.
