The Sales Consultant will be the subject matter expert for all customers looking to purchase a vehicle at Hanover Honda. You will be responsible for providing high-level quality customer service by ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience with UpAuto. If you have a passion for customer service, a sales-oriented background, and a drive for creating long lasting customer relationships, then this role is for you

Job Duties:
  1. Work with clients to understand their needs.
  2. Respond to client concerns and questions.
  3. Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, available services, pricing and key features.
  4. Build strong relationships with clients.
  5. Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for each and every client.
  6. Additional duties as assigned.
Successful Candidates Possess:
  1. 1-3 Years in a sales background.
  2. Valid OMVIC certification.
  3. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  4. Professional demeanor and appearance.
  5. Ability to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
  6. Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
  7. Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
  8. Loves a fast-paced environment.
  9. Computer skills and understanding of technology.
  10. Experience with DMS software considered an asset.
