Job Title: Accounts Clerk - Financial Record Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our team at Allan Park Motor Sales. As an Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to maintain general ledgers and financial statements, prepare statistical reports, and perform data analysis using software such as MS Excel.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including cheques for payroll and fixed assets.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements on a regular basis.
  • Perform data analysis using MS Excel and other relevant software.
  • Prepare statistical reports and financial documents as required.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.
