Ongoing training and development.Agile working environment with options for remote, in office or hybrid work arrangements.Dress for your day policy promoting a relaxed dress code.Position SummaryWe are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our claims team in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada managing our Edmonton Hub. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office or hybrid work arrangements. Multiple locations are within our Edmonton hub and some travel is required.
The successful candidate will operate, improve, adjust, and profitably manage their team and mentor employees at a branch responsible for delivering superior adjusting services.
Responsibilities- Monitor and manage adjusting practices, work in progress, accounts receivable, and all accounts for the Edmonton Hub.
- Manage employee relations, coaching and mentoring of staff.
- Identify and implement business development strategies.
- Control branch finances.
- Maintenance of customer service & delivery for the Edmonton Hub.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10 years of functional / technical experience.
- Maintenance of adjusting license - Alberta Level 3 required, multiple licenses preferred.
- Strong management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Office 365 and Windows 10.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Regular travel to local offices is required.
