Territory Manager - Biosimilars, Quebec City Join SUN PHARMA as our Territory Manager - Biosimilars in Quebec City. Job Purpose This role is responsible for driving adoption of our biosimilar portfolio and select specialty products across key therapeutic areas with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare stakeholders. The successful candidate will develop strong customer relationships, execute territory business plans, and collaborate cross‑functionally to optimize patient access through provincial formularies and patient support programs. Duties & Responsibilities Achieve sales targets for the biosimilar portfolio and select specialty products within assigned territory. Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans that align with national and regional strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with primary care physicians, specialists, nurse practitioners, hospital pharmacists, and formulary committees. Deliver high‑quality scientific and value‑based presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting clinical efficacy, safety, and cost‑effectiveness of biosimilars. Partner with market access, medical, and patient support teams to ensure seamless integration of reimbursement pathways and patient support program services. Monitor competitive landscape and provide timely feedback on biosimilar adoption trends, policy changes, and customer insights. Ensure compliance with company policies in all interactions. Report any adverse events received from customers for company products to the pharmacovigilance department within 1 business day. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (B.Sc. Nursing or Pharmacy preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in biologics/biosimilars, specialty medicines, or hospital‑based products. Strong knowledge of the Canadian pharmaceutical environment, including provincial formularies, CADTH/INESSS recommendations, and biosimilar transition policies. Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting the pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrated ability to build KOL relationships and influence adoption in complex therapeutic areas. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva), virtual engagement platforms, and digital selling tools. Outstanding customer relationship, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse audiences and influence cross‑functionally. Passionate about patient care and highly customer‑centric. Proven negotiation skills and ability to lead with influence. Strong analytical skills with proven ability to analyze data to determine trends. Working Conditions Extensive travel including weekends and extended travel when required. Le ou la candidat(e) retenu(e) développera des relations solides avec les clients, exécutera les plans d’affaires du territoire et collaborera de manière interfonctionnelle afin d’optimiser l’accès des patients notamment par le biais des formulaires provinciaux et des programmes de soutien aux patients. Fonctions & Responsabilités Atteindre les objectifs des ventes liés au portefeuille des biosimilaires et à certains produits de spécialités dans le territoire assigné. Élaborer et exécuter des plans d’affaires territoriaux complets, alignés sur la stratégie nationale et régionale. Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les médecins de soins primaires, les spécialistes, les infirmiers praticiens, les pharmaciens hospitaliers et les comités des formulaires. Présenter des exposés scientifiques axés sur la valeur de haute qualité aux professionnels de la santé, mettant en évidence l’efficacité clinique, la sécurité et le rapport coût‑efficacité des biosimilaires. Collaborer avec les équipes d’accès au marché, médicales et de soutien aux patients pour assurer une intégration fluide des parcours de remboursement et des services de PSP. Surveiller le paysage concurrentiel et fournir des commentaires en temps opportun sur les tendances d’adoption des biosimilaires, les changements de politiques et les perspectives des clients. Assurer la conformité aux politiques de l’entreprise dans toutes les interactions. Signaler tout effet indésirable reçu de la part des clients concernant les produits de l’entreprise au département de pharmacovigilance / sécurité des médicaments le jour même ou dans un délai d’un jour ouvrable. Qualifications (Français) Diplôme de premier cycle en sciences de la vie, pharmacie, commerce ou domaine connexe (B.Sc. En soins infirmiers ou pharmacie préférée). Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en vente pharmaceutique, avec une préférence pour les produits biologiques/biosimilaires, les médicaments spécialisés ou les produits hospitaliers. Solide connaissance de l’environnement pharmaceutique canadien, y compris les formulaires provinciaux, les recommandations de CADTH/INESSS et les politiques de transition vers les biosimilaires. Connaissance des réglementations et normes applicables à l’industrie pharmaceutique. Capacité démontrée à établir des relations avec les leaders d’opinion (KOL) et à influencer l’adoption dans des domaines thérapeutiques complexes. Maîtrise des systèmes CRM (par exemple, Veeva), des plateformes d’engagement virtuel et des outils de vente numériques. Excellentes compétences en relations clients, en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec une capacité avérée à travailler efficacement avec des publics divers et à influencer de manière interfonctionnelle. Compréhension des stratégies de mise en œuvre dans tous les contextes pertinents, y compris les pharmacies spécialisées, les milieux privés et hospitaliers. Passion pour les soins aux patients et forte orientation client. Compétences avérées en négociation. Capacité à diriger par l’influence. Solides compétences analytiques avec une capacité démontrée à analyser efficacement les données pour identifier les tendances.
