ServiceNow Service Mapping Consultant

who comes with a strong consulting mindset.

ServiceNow Service Mapping Consultant Mississauga, ON (Remote) 6 Months Contract

Job Description Minimum 7-15 years working experience with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment. Experience of implementing HAMPRO, SAMPRO and Service Mapping Very good understanding of ITAM workflow and device /stock rooms etc. At least 5+ years of experience in the IT Industry Experience as developer / Dev lead Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JavaScript’s, JSON. Excellent / advance understanding and ability to script automated processes. Agile Scrum methodology Experience Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems Client and Server APIs i.e., GlideDialogWindow, Glide Form, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc. Hands-on experience in ITSM, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Release Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration, Active Directory integration, B2B Integration and Virtual Agent. Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management and problem-solving skills are essentials Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills Ensures information is accurate and complete Self-motivated and open to learn all aspects of cloud administration Must be willing to teach and share all knowledge with team members and other operational teams
